The scientific literature on back and spinal pain tells us movement is essential for healing from injuries and preventing their recurrence. Our doctors are skilled in the evaluation of imbalances and identification of weaknesses that, when corrected, improve the strength, flexibility and endurance of the body. Although we encourage our patients to maintain a personal fitness routine of aerobic activity and strength building, the exercises we prescribe focus on your individual needs and rehabilitation.
