I'm happy to be resettled back into Sopris Chiropractic after our year-long sabbatical, and Dr. Jill Cameron who filled in has officially joined the team at Sopris Chiropractic. Jumping back into patient care, I recently completed Rocktape’s Functional Movement Therapy course in Colorado Springs. This advanced course reviewed advanced movement evaluations to identify hidden causes of ongoing spinal and extremity issues. Though I've taken this course in the past, the Rocktape crew always provides cutting edge info that can be used back in the office on Monday morning. Dr. Jill recently completed Neuromuscular Stabilization, a course designed to teach people proper motor patterning to decrease the chances of injuries and improve athletic performance. I'm also happy to announce that due to overwhelming demand, Beth McCracken our massage therapist, has added another day to her schedule. She is now seeing clients Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays in the office. Take $10 off a one-hour massage by mentioning this email through the month of October! (regular price $85)
